2007 – Present Advantek International Corp., Houston, Texas Manager, Engineering Training and Development Directs the domestic and international engineering teams and project execution within the oil and gas industry.Supervises team of three engineers and ensures their development. Responsible for training of employees, managing the negotiations with various parties involved with projects including clientele. Conducts general research and guidance of his project teams in order to deliver successful projects.

2004 – 2007 Informateks International Inc., Cairo, Egypt Applications Team Lead/US Liaison Responsible for managing team of application engineers to ensure successful execution and completion of projects in a timely manner. Provides technical support and instruction to team members to ensure growth and development of their skills. Acts as liaison between Informateks’ application team and the Advantek Houston team in project representation. Assesses the engineering feasibility of sea water injection for waterflooding and waterflooding in management of reservoir pressure depletion. Evaluates current reservoir conditions utilizing advanced data mining software and knowledge base management. Designs and engineers disposal well for commingles injection of drilling cuttings solids, mud and wash water. Conduct feasibility studies for DCI. Creates 3-D dynamic fracture geometry models, 3-D static visualization field using @FRAC. Conducts casing failure evaluations, compaction and subsidence analysis, pore volume evaluations, compressibility and compaction evaluations. Analyzes well integrity and casing failures, conducts geomechanical evaluations, well integrity and casing stress analyses. Reviews technical papers in oil operations for new concepts and applications. Applies fracture analysis to real data for major operation companies by using log analysis, fracture stimulation and formation damage software.
